Architectural Design Services

We are a New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) practice offering architectural design solutions that are both socially and environmentally responsible.

 

Working with clients from project establishment through to completion, we offer guidance throughout all stages of a construction project.  Services include concept and detailed design, preparation and lodgement of applications for resource and building consent, contract administration and observation of the contract works.

We especially enjoy working with families and communities, across all ages and ethnicities, and we would love to discuss your project with you.

Our mission is to encourage and empower individuals, families and communities to be actively involved in the design process, to co-create spaces which positively contribute to the physical environment and enhance the wellbeing of the people who use them.

Housing Needs

At this time, we are actively seeking opportunities to work alongside organisations who share the desire to alleviate the negative effects of the cost of living crisis, and deliver affordable housing solutions for those in need.
